Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.

Tyler is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tyler follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Been with this company since Suddenlink and I can't believe how downhill it's been going the past few years. Most recent issues involve DAILY service outages. I've made sure it's not hardware, (wasn't needed since they're the ones that tell me about the area wide outage every day) When I tried to figure out why it kept happening, two agents accused my hardware of interrupting service for who knows how many people (impossible), or that it wasn't a big deal. Name another service you would pay for and would be fine with total loss of service with no warning every single day. Their solution when I finally got one, was $1 off my bill for 10 hours over a month. I'll be going with anyone else from here on

Here’s a sharper, more pointed Google review that stays factual and credible: I have never experienced such aggressive and disrespectful customer service. When I called to cancel my service, I was transferred from one supervisor to another, each trying to pressure me into staying with different β€œmoney-saving” offers. After repeatedly explaining that I had already made my decision and asking them to respect it, I was told, β€œYou need to respect my offers to help you save money.” The representative said this in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. Apparently, respecting a customer’s decision isn’t part of their training. It didn’t stop there. Even though their own system shows that I returned all of my equipment, I am still receiving 3–5 phone calls every single day, along with emails and text messages demanding that I return equipment I no longer have. When I called to be placed on the Do Not Call list, instead of honoring my request, they tried to sell me another five-year promotional plan. I was then told it could take 30 days for my Do Not Call request to take effect and that I should expect the harassment to continue until then. This company has absolutely no respect f

I have my opinions about Optimum, but this location was great! CALISE was awesome. She was super friendly to everyone who came in and was a huge help. She fixed an issue I'd been dealing with through tech support for over a year in just a few minutes. If the owners see this, protect her at all costs! πŸ˜‚ Thanks again, Calise! You made a frustrating situation so much easier.

Cherish and Eartravia was very helpful and patient. It took quite a while to switch my phone over with all my data and information. They both showed customers services they greeted every customer that came in. And I mean every customers. While I was waiting on my phone to transfer over all the data from my old phone. They both offered me some great add on to my phone. One went to go get it while the other one explained the cost. By the way all this happened when the other one didn't have a customer. I wanted an add on and ot was nice to see that they didn't try to pressure me or say if you don't get it now this deal won't be here tomorrow. Cherish had to go a step further cause after my phone was finish with the transfer. It still had issues which she was able to handle with no problems. Plus Cherish was the one who help me 4 days ago when I brought my damage phone in. She explained to me how the phone claim process works and what to do afterwards. Having employees like them makes it worth the drive through Tyler's busy traffic just to be treated like a real person.

I changed phone providers and decided to go into the store on Broadway. The people were nice. The guy who signed me up asked me what phone I wanted. I told him a free one. He offered me a Samsung and a Motorola. I asked 3 times if the Samsung was a free phone. He stated it was. I was told about no payment plan to pay it off, and I was told the same thing when I spoke to a rep on the phone before I came into the store. I called Optimum Mobile tonight to see what were my upgrade options, and was told I had to pay the remaining $145 of my current phone off before I could get another. WHAT?! My phone was free for switching to Optimum. The guy in the store made me pay for the phone without telling me. I will be filling a complaint with every organization that handles fraud of service.
